Email marketing systems allow marketers and communications directors to email groups of people who have opted-in to the email list. The advantage is more than just mailing list management--it improves deliverability of emails, provides reporting, allows for custom design of the emails, and ties into social media.
The approval comes following Granite Horizon's development of a connector between StreamSend and the enterprise content management system (CMS) eZ Publish. "This new feature allows content editors to create new newsletter subscription forms on their website through their CMS, and even specify which StreamSend subscription list the form connects to" said Greg McAvoy-Jensen, executive director of Granite Horizon. "Each form can be given its own descriptive text and/or a call-to-action image. No coding is required. It's an easy way to invite people to stay in touch with your organization."
StreamSend is the flagship product of EZ Publishing (no relation to the vendor behind the eZ Publish CMS), which is headquartered in Sacramento, California.
The Elk Grove, California-based Granite Horizon LLC was founded in 2007 and serves clients on four continents. It provides web content management system integrations on an installed basis as well as in a Software as a Service ("SaaS") model. Granite Horizon is also a certified developer of eZ Publish.
